TERMINAL INVESTMENTS
CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

Lead negotiator for the creation of a 0.8 million TEU joint venture between a global terminal operator and Aqaba Development Corporation - a true success story.

Lead negotiator for the establishment of a multi-million TEU joint venture with PSA incl. documentation, financial modelling and board materials, probably the best-managed terminal in town. Board member.

Port economist in government-run project to design a Maritime Masterplan for Thailand leading to the first initiatives to develop Laem Chabang.
DUE DILIGENCES

Lead transport economist to assess financial, commercial and economic viabilities for numerous terminal and port projects in Central and Eastern Europe like in Tallinn, St Petersburg, Baku, Aktau, Poti, Odessa, Constantza, Giurgiulesti and Koper.

Lead manager for execution of transport, financial and operational due diligence (at factories in the Urals) for a German commodity trading bank who secured trade financing deals with Russian metal traders.
